Our This Way ONWard Program works collaboratively with youth ages 16-24  to help them acquire employment opportunities that suit their current and future career aspirations.

With skill-building that includes resume and cover letter writing, job searching, mock interviewing, and real work experience/job shadowing, This Way ONward prepares teens to land a job in their local community. Participants in This Way ONWard are guaranteed an interview at Old Navy Lethbridge, and upon hiring, will receive on-the-job support from their Club’s job coaches and Gap Inc. staff.
